TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These terms and conditions apply to agreements for the delivery of products and services, also referred to as goods or the goods, to end customers in Norway.
The “Seller” is: Vessi AS (Seller is hereinafter also referred to as “we”, “us”)

“Buyer” is the person who is stated as the buyer on the order.
The name of the Buyer will appear from the order confirmation. In the following, the Buyer is also referred to as “you”, “you”, “your” or “yours”.
The “Product” is the item that is delivered.

Privacy
You can find our privacy statement here. This is accepted and included in the Terms and Conditions and applies to agreements for the delivery of products and services, also referred to as goods or the item, to end customers in Denmark. Vessi does not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we exchange or pass on such information. We may send you marketing communications and news regarding Vessi’s products, services, events and other offers. You can unsubscribe at any time after you have consented by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of our newsletter or by contacting our customer service.
Signing, accepting and changing the terms of the agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties when the order is received by the Seller. When the order has been received, the Seller will send the order confirmation by e-mail to the Buyer within a reasonable time, showing the ordered Product(s) and prices. The Buyer must check the order confirmation and notify the Seller immediately if the order confirmation does not match the order.
The agreement implies that you accept updated/amended agreement terms. New terms and conditions will be published on the Seller’s website and/or enclosed with your next delivery.

Delivery
We send our shipments with DAO. We issue an order confirmation by e-mail which is attached to all shipments, you will receive the invoice from KLARNA by e-mail. We recommend downloading the Klarna app for an easy overview – it’s great!
Unclaimed package/passive action
If you do not collect the order and otherwise remain completely passive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been collected. In such a case, you will not have fulfilled the requirements imposed on you under sections 11 and 13 of the Withdrawal Act, and you will thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. We will then cancel and refund your order when we receive the order in return.
If you notify us in advance that you are exercising your right of withdrawal within the deadline and you ask DAO to return the item, you pay the return costs yourself. When we receive the return, we will credit the goods.
Payment via KLARNA
With us you can pay by card and invoice via Klarna. If you pay by card, the amount will be charged when you complete the purchase. If you pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail from KLARNA (not from Vessi AS), and you can choose to split your payment if desired, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of non-payment, interest will accrue in accordance with the Interest on Overdue Payments Act as well as any collection costs. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, invoice and payment follow-up is transferred to KLARNA. We have a sales lien on the delivered products until payment, including interest and costs, has been paid in full.
Pricing
Our prices are quoted in EURO(€) and include value added tax. The price of the product may vary depending on sales channel, distribution and special offers. Prices are valid until changed.
Postage and handling fees
We offer Free Shipping and No Duties Across Europe on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Postage and handling fees may apply only for deliveries outside Europe or in exceptional cases, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
Right of withdrawal and return
You are protected by the Danish Cancellation Act and have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item in your first shipment. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase of an unopened product and return the item. In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be returned to us in the same quantity and condition in which you received it. If the value of the goods is reduced more than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, you must cover this loss of value. We will credit what you paid for the item, less shipping, when it arrives to us. 14 days open purchase. Sale items cannot be returned.
The packaging must be unopened and the product unused. We cannot accept products that have been tested for hygienic reasons.
Send it back to us together with the right of withdrawal form or a letter.

Postage will not be refunded if you return an intact item.
If you cancel the purchase and use the withdrawal period, we will refund the order amount minus shipping within 14 days of the complaint being received by us.
Complaints
A full right of complaint is granted in accordance with applicable laws for all defects in the goods. In any case, the buyer is obliged to make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. In the event of a complaint, defects and deficiencies, any shipping costs will be covered. If you want to make use of the right of complaint or have questions about complaints, please contact customer service.
Complainant
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Forbrugerrådet, Skippergata 8-10, 0152 Oslo, Norway. You can also use the European Commission’s online complaint portal, although this will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer living outside Norway.
Customer responsibility for the correct address
It is the customer’s own responsibility to enter the correct address. The customer must check that the address is correct at the time of purchase and payment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address after the order has been completed, as the orders are packed early the next working day from our warehouse.
It is very important that the postal code and road number are correct, as DAO is very strict about these being correct. We disclaim responsibility if the customer has not provided the correct address and will then wait for a possible return from DAO before we resend the package. The customer is responsible for postage costs for a new shipment. The customer can choose to cancel the purchase, but postage will then be deducted from the order total before refund.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Vessi AS makes reservations for stoppages, incorrect prices or delivery problems caused by circumstances beyond Vessi AS’s control.
Furthermore, Vessi AS reserves the right to make reservations for printing errors, price errors, changes in value added tax and other taxes. Any offers are valid as long as goods are in stock (as stated in connection with the individual campaign).
We do not take responsibility for incorrect use of products. Follow the recommended instructions for use on the package.
Changing the terms
The Terms are subject to change in the event of special needs and/or governmental changes or orders that affect these Terms. In case of changes to the Terms, you will be notified of this. Such notice is given up to 2 months before the changes come into effect. If, based on the changed terms, you wish to terminate the agreement, you are free to do so. If the agreement between the parties is not terminated, this will imply that you accept the updated terms of agreement. New terms will be published on our website in combination with the posting of the new terms.
